Standard Delivery Timeline

Upon payment confirmation, your unique eSIM QR code will be delivered to your registered email address within 2 to 4 hours.

1. Digital Delivery Process

Simioz provides 100% digital connectivity. We do not ship physical plastic SIM cards. All activation details, including the QR code and APN settings, are sent electronically. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Note: Always check your 'Spam' or 'Promotions' folder if you do not see the email in your primary inbox within the 4-hour window.

2. Refund & Cancellation

Due to the digital nature of eSIM technology, once a QR code has been generated and emailed to the customer, the product is considered "consumed."

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only processed if the eSIM fails to provide connectivity due to a technical error on our network provider's side that cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • Non-Refundable: We cannot offer refunds if the device is not eSIM compatible, if the device is carrier-locked, or if the data plan has been partially used.

3. Technical Support

If you encounter any issues during the activation process within Makkah, Madinah, or Pakistan, our team is available 24/7. We recommend contacting us immediately via WhatsApp for real-time troubleshooting before attempting to delete the eSIM from your device.

4. Device Responsibility

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure their device is eSIM Compatible and Network Unlocked. For Non-PTA users in Pakistan, our service provides a digital lane for data; however, device hardware compatibility remains the user's requirement.
